Oxley Holdings snapped up Mayfair Gardens under a collective sale in November 2017. The deal was sealed at a very positive price which was significantly above the collective sale reserve price set at $265 million.

Consisting 6 blocks of 124 walk up apartment units, owners of the former Mayfair Gardens each pocketed around $1.7m to $2.89m as a result of the enbloc. So, what exactly was the land price paid by Oxley Holdings to secure this premium site?

Oxley Holdings finalized the collective sale with a $311 million deal for this 99 years leasehold site. Adding to the total cost, Oxley also paid an estimated $52 million to top up the lease back to 99 years for the re development.
